Accessibility Statement

TabTake aims to make its website and digital services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Policy date pending legal approval

01

Accessibility commitment

TabTake aims to provide an inclusive website. Accessibility is considered during design and development, and feedback is welcome.

02

What the current website supports

  • A skip link and semantic main landmarks.
  • Keyboard-operable shared navigation, mobile menus, footer accordions and FAQ controls.
  • Visible focus styles and descriptive labels for interactive controls.
  • Responsive reflow and practical touch targets.
  • Reduced-motion handling in shared animations.
  • Visible form labels and text-based validation messages.

03

Standards and guidance

TabTake uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference and is working towards alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an aspiration, not a conformance claim, and requires review after an accessibility audit.

04

Current accessibility status

The website has not yet been formally assessed by an independent accessibility specialist. TabTake does not claim full or partial WCAG conformance at this stage.

05

Known limitations and review areas

  • Purpose-built dashboard illustrations use accessible summaries but may not expose every visual detail.
  • Dense comparison tables require horizontal scrolling on smaller screens.
  • Third-party destinations reached from external links have their own accessibility behaviour.
  • The new cookie preference control requires continued keyboard and screen-reader regression testing.
  • A full 400% zoom and multi-screen-reader audit has not yet been completed.

06

Testing approach

Current implementation checks include semantic source review, keyboard-oriented control design, responsive layout checks, TypeScript, linting and production rendering. Independent screen-reader, contrast and assistive-technology testing has not been recorded in this repository.

07

Third-party content

External services may have their own accessibility limitations. Users can report a barrier so TabTake can review practical alternatives or guidance.

08

Alternative formats and assistance

Requests for an accessible alternative can be made through the verified central contact address. Availability and delivery format will be reviewed according to the content and practical requirements; no response time is promised.

09

Reporting an accessibility issue

Include the page URL, a description of the problem, device and browser, assistive technology where relevant, and a preferred contact method. You do not need to disclose disability details.

10

Review and prioritisation

Reported issues will be reviewed and relevant improvements prioritised based on impact and feasibility. No fixed response or remediation time has been approved.

11

Preparation and review dates

The preparation, testing and last-reviewed dates remain pending approval following formal accessibility review.

12

Contact

Accessibility enquiries can currently be sent to the verified central TabTake contact address. A dedicated accessibility contact has not yet been approved.
